Held at the Birchwood O.R. Tambo Hotel and Conference Centre in Johannesburg, the summit brought together over 2,000 delegates from across the EXXARO business and community. Day one featured a lively market day showcasing local vendors, while day two focused on leadership, safety, and future-forward pledges.

With just four weeks to plan, we delivered a full-service experience — from strategy and technical production to RSVP management, décor, design, media and signage — all while staying rooted in sustainability.
